so there's this guy who has been harassing us for a while now, I was able to get screenshots of him shooting and destroying our car this last time, his name isn't in the picture of him shooting at us, but it is in the user list I grabbed after.

I don't know if you guys can do anything with what I provided, if you can, it would be appreciated. 
if not, I assume this will be recorded, in case he keeps doing this to others.
