Ok, do you have any evidence, screenshots of anything being broken? Are you sure it wasn't just a result of lag somehow? And if so, do you have the name of the Mod in question?

There are very clear guidelines for mods concerning the circumstances in which they can teleport players, and they certainly can't put other players into vanish mode.
Please get back to me with any info you have.

This is not Gmod or minecraft you can't just "check the console" and there, as of now is not any plug in I can find that could do so.
