Your screenshot is a good start, but we need screenshots of the player doing something that is against the rules. Open Steam and either right click on the Steam icon and then "Screeenshots" or open your Steam library and see if you have screenshots from recent games. Drag and drop the pertinent screenshots to the text area to add them to this thread. The text area should change color and get a dotted line around it to indicate the screenshot is being uploaded, then revert back to normal. A thumbnail of the screenshot should appear below the text window. You can upload up to 20 screenshots per reply. Don't add screenshots as an attachment. That always fails as attachments are filtered. Drag and drop.
